We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Standard delivery is free on every order.
Orders are delivered in 5 to 7 working days. Every order comes with tracking.
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update with the carrier. If nothing shows after that, email contact@trymoonora.com with your name and order number.
We do everything we can to meet the estimated time, but delays can happen because of carrier issues, bank holidays, bad weather or very busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
If you spot a mistake in your address, email us straight away with your order number. We can correct it as long as the parcel has not been handed to the carrier.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and around your property, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
