These terms apply to every order placed on the Moonora online shop. The shop is operated by Moonora LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, with its registered address at 167 Madison Ave, Suite 205, New York, NY 10016, United States ("Moonora", "we", "us"). You can contact us at contact@trymoonora.com. By placing an order you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Our products are sold to consumers for personal use.
Moonora duvets are all-in-one duvets: the duvet and its cover are a single piece. Care instructions are on the product page and the label; please follow them. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the real product.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Standard delivery is free. Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, through Shopify Payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods shown at checkout).
After you order, we email you a confirmation. The contract between us is formed when we send that confirmation. If a product is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, we will contact you and, if you wish, refund you in full.
Delivery works as described in our Shipping policy. The product is your responsibility from the moment it is delivered to you.
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and in addition a 40-night trial. Both are explained in our Refund policy.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as set out by law.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for business losses.
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.
If you have a complaint, email contact@trymoonora.com and we will try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
